Each applicant, by signing below, agrees with Motor Trade Finances Ltd (MTF) and acknowledges as follows:

1. MTF, with its principal office at 193 Princes St, Dunedin, New Zealand, is collecting and will hold personal information about me/us for the purpose of considering this application for finance and, if approved, thereafter for the purpose of determining whether or not to continue to make such finance available to me/us. MTF may use information collected about me/us for marketing and promotional purposes and generally for the purposes of carrying out MTF's usual business functions.
2. MTF may disclose to a credit reporting agency (including Dun and Bradstreet (New Zealand) Limited, Centrix Group Limited or Veda Advantage (NZ) Limited) or a debt collection agency any personal information about me/us that MTF holds including information contained in this application; my/our identification; the amount of credit approved; payments which may become overdue; advice that payments are no longer overdue; and any serious infringement which MTF believes I/we have committed. MTF, in assessing this application, any later request for a credit limit increase and monitoring my/our credit status, may obtain from a credit reporting agency person credit information about me/us including credit reports containing information about my/our commercial activities or commercial credit worthiness. MTF may give to and obtain from any third party, Information about my/our personal or commercial credit arrangements including information about my/our Ministry of Justice fines status, credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity for the particular purpose for which the information is required. Driver Check allows the Lender to access your driver license information including classes, endorsement, conditions and status. MTF reserves the right to re-recheck your license during the term of the loan. I/we acknowledge and agree that information disclosed to credit reporting agencies will be held by each agency on its system, accessed by customers of the credit reporting agency and used by the credit agency to provide its services.
3. Under the Privacy Act 1993, I/we have rights of access to, or correction of, any personal information about me/us held by MTF.
4. MTF and any of its related companies may send me/us commercial electronic messages for any of the purposes contemplated in this declaration.
5. I/we have never been subject to any bankruptcy proceedings nor have I/we entered into any arrangment with my/our creditors.
6. I/we understand my/our application may not received full consideration unless I/we supply all information requested.
7. I/we declare the information provided in this application is true and correct, that I am/we are over the age of 18 and that I/we have read and understood these terms.
8. I/we authorise MTF to enquire/change and update information from my/our insurance company and agree to MTF being noted as an interested party for the term of the loan.
9. I/we declare that I/we have disclosed to you all of my/our financial oblications arising under a loan facility, credit card, hire purchase contract or similar financing arrangement and all contingent obligation under any guarantee and certify that I/we can meet all payment obligations under any guarantee and certify that I/we can meet all payment obligations under my/our existing financial commitments and the repayments for this loan.
